The Dunlop Process

The Sri Lankan rubber tree plantations yield more than 5.5 million trees that are tapped daily for their rubber milk. It is manually collected and transported to collection basins where it is cleaned and inspected.

Only the purest natural latex milk is used for the manufacturing of our products.

The natural latex undergoes a composition analysis to determine its grade and only the highest grade of latex is used to make our bedding products. It is aerated and poured into large molds to form either mattresses or pillows.

No chemicals or synthetic products are ever used to make our products.

The filled molds are baked, extracted, and washed extensively. The products are then checked for proper firmness and appearance. A cotton cover protects the product and it is immediately wrapped in plastic for shipment.

All areas are closely monitored producing the highest quality Natural Latex products.
